What to Expect

A guide to the rhythm of the five days. Read it before you arrive — then let it go. The experience will teach you everything you need to know.

Before You Read the Schedule

The Awakening has structure.
It also breathes.

What follows is the framework — the bones of the five days. But the actual experience takes shape based on the people in the room. You are not attending a program. You are co-creating one. The group's needs, edges, breakthroughs, and resistance all inform where we go deeper and where we let things settle.

This is why the event is kept small. Fifteen to Thirty people is not a marketing constraint — it is the size at which real work happens, where no one hides, and where the container can flex to meet what shows up.

There is no wrong way to do The Awakening. The only requirement is to show up and engage. Everything else — the timing, the depth, the pace — will find you.

The Work

What you are awakening to

You create your own reality — not as a platitude, but as a mechanism. The stories running beneath your conscious awareness are producing your patterns: in health, in relationships, in money, in meaning. Every domain. Same source.

Life's patterns either keep us stuck or set us free. The Awakening is designed to make those patterns visible, loosen their grip, and open space for something truer to take their place.

Where you've been

MUD

Misguided Unconscious Decisions — the subconscious stories, beliefs, and assumptions formed early in life. They were adaptive once. Now they run like invisible operating instructions, producing the same outcomes in every domain. MUD is not trauma. It is the story written about what happened — and it can be rewritten.

Where you're going

Essentia

Your essential nature combined with earned wisdom and chosen purpose. Not discovered like buried treasure — forged from what you are, what you survived, and what you decide to do with both. Essentia is what emerges when the old story loosens and the signal underneath begins to flow.

The Schedule

Five days. One arc.

Exact times may shift — the structure holds, the clock serves us, not the other way around.

Sunday
Arrival & Opening
Evening
Arrival & dinner. Settle in, meet the group.
After dinner
Introduction to the process — the Next Level Human philosophy, the arc of the week, and what to expect. Followed by Breathwork Practice Session: learning the tool you'll use throughout the week.
Monday
Preparation & First Journey
8:00 AM
Movement & breath — rhythmic movement and fascial work to prepare the body.
9:00 AM
Breakfast
10:00 – 12:00
Philosophy prep & lecture — the SIGNAL model, MUD framework, and the reconsolidation mechanism. Understanding what we're working with before we enter the experience.
12:00 – 1:00
Walk & alone time
1:00 – 3:00
Journey 1 — the DEEP process (Depth-Enhanced Emotional Processing). Breath-based activation, sacred cacao, and guided subconscious work. DEEP
3:00 – 4:00
Nature time — unstructured, silent, outside.
4:00 – 6:00
Integration — journaling, small group processing, rest. Let what moved settle.
6:30 PM
Dinner
Tuesday
Second Journey
Same structure as Monday — movement, lecture, Journey 2 DEEP, nature time, integration, dinner. The second journey lands differently. The body is more open, the stories more visible.
Wednesday
Midweek — Integration & Identity Work
Morning
Open. Rest, walk, journal. The nervous system needs unstructured time after two days of depth work.
12:00 – 4:00
Narrative Identity Work — deep journaling and group counseling. The patterns that surfaced Monday and Tuesday get named, examined, and actively restructured. This is the Rewrite in action.
Evening
Open. Dinner and personal time.
Thursday
Final Journey
Same structure as Monday and Tuesday — movement, lecture, Journey 3 DEEP, nature time, integration, dinner. The final journey often reaches what the first two were preparing. Something different is available now.
Friday
Closing & Departure
9:00 AM
Breakfast
10:00 – 11:00
Closing lecture — reintegration: what to expect when you return to the familiar, how to meet the pull of old patterns, and how to carry what shifted into everyday life. The Awakening ends. The application begins.

One Requirement

Show up. Engage. That's it.

You don't need to prepare a speech, finish a workbook, or arrive "ready." The process meets you where you are. Your only job is to be present and willing — the structure, the group, and the work will handle the rest.

We'll see you Sunday evening.
