What this is

Every hospital in the world runs rounds. A real case, in the open, with people who know more than you do, and everyone in the room gets sharper.

Coaching never built that. So we built it.

You bring a client you're stuck on, or you bring yourself. We find the layer the work is actually happening at, and then we find the one underneath it that nobody touched.

Why your results don't hold

Most coaching lives at two levels. Information, which is what somebody should do. Behavior, which is whether they do it.

Underneath both is identity. The story running the whole thing.

Miss that layer and everything snaps back to baseline in six weeks.

And then you end up thinking you're the problem. You're not. You were trained on the top two floors of a three-storey building.

What actually happens in the hour

• We take a live case. Yours, or someone else's while you watch. Both teach.
• We find the level you're working at. Information, behavior, or identity. Most practitioners are certain they work at the third one. Most are at the second.
• We find what's holding the practice back. Impact, income, or influence. Only ever one of the three is the real constraint, and almost nobody guesses their own correctly.
• You leave with the next move. Not a framework to go study. The next thing to say to that client.

Who should come

Coaches, therapists, counselors, clinicians, practitioners of any stripe. Whatever you call yourself, if you sit across from people and try to help them change, this is your room.

You do not need to be certified in anything. You do not need to have your business figured out. Come with a mess ... the mess is the material.

Why it's free

Two reasons, and I'd rather say both.

One. This is how I teach. Watching someone's work get taken apart carefully is worth more than any course I could sell you, and it costs me an hour.

Two. We record these and use pieces of them. Clips, teaching, marketing. That's the trade, and it's the whole reason the room stays free.
