Become a Human Architect.

Here is what we are doing.

I am training nine practitioners a month to become Human Architects: practitioners of human transformation who can spot the hidden pattern under a client's problem, activate the emotional wiring holding it in place, and rewrite the story at the root.

Most people assume it takes a year before they get to coach. Not here. This program is designed to immerse you in the experience right away: you are in the room in week one, and the theory catches up to what you have already seen. In your first six weeks we do three things:

1. Week one, you see it. You sit in the Coaching Lab and watch a real rewrite happen on a real person before you have opened a manual. Nothing theoretical about it. By the end of the hour you can point to the moment the story moved.
2. Weeks two to four, you learn to do it. Coaching Methods, with the Psychology and Philosophy underneath it, teach you what to listen for, and in the Lab you stop watching and start taking part. (You step in when you are ready. Most people are ready sooner than they think.) By the end of the month you are listening a different way, and you can hear what is running underneath what a person says.
3. Week five, you can spot the pattern, and it happens to you. You hear the hidden story in a live conversation before the person does. Then the Client-Side Experience opens and you do your first rewrite on your own story, in the same rooms your clients will sit in.

My goal is that by the end of those six weeks you can spot a hidden pattern in a live conversation, you have taken part in a supervised session, and you have felt one of your own stories move. (And that is just the first six weeks.)

A Certified Human Architect can spot the hidden pattern, activate the emotional wiring underneath it, and use rewrite, rewire and retrain to help a client create a new way of being.

Phase 1 · Your first month. Land.

By the end of month one you have watched real rewrites, taken part in the Lab, and can spot a hidden pattern in a live conversation.

Phase 2 · Months two to six. Practice.

1. The Client-Side Experience opensTeam Human: conversation circles, story circles, the breathwork classes (DEEP, BEEP, QAT, QEC). You go through the Human Game as a client while you learn to run it.
2. From watching to leadingIn the Lab you move from observing, to taking part, to leading a session with a coach in the room.
3. Your first practice clientsWe can supply beta clients, or bring your own. These become your five certification sessions.
4. Biz Acceleration, when you want itMessaging, offer, marketing and launch. Open it early if you want the investment back fast.

By month six most people have coached real sessions under supervision, and the shape of a practice is starting to show up around them.

Phase 3 · Months six to twelve. Certify and build.

1. The rest of the ClassroomRelationships and Wounds, Quantum Metabolism, Money Mindset and Manifestation.
2. The assessmentYour group coaching call, your five sessions, the final exam, and the standard: can you spot the pattern, activate the wiring, and rewrite the story with a real person.
3. The practiceGroups, classes and circles, not only one-on-one hours. This is the piece that decides whether a practice can hold the person running it.
4. The Mastermind, for those who want itA separate room for building the business alongside you. Enroll first, then ask.

Most people certify inside twelve months, and if you have done the work and need longer, the guarantee below is how we handle it.

The Architect accepts a maximum of nine new practitioners per monthly intake. Applications close before the first Monday of each month, or when all nine seats are filled, whichever comes first.

What happens if it does not work?

Complete the six modules, pass each quiz and the final exam, submit your group coaching call, and complete five one-to-one client sessions. If you have done that work and have not yet demonstrated the practitioner capability required for certification within twelve months, we keep working with you for up to another six months at no additional cost.

What we do not do is refund tuition. Nine seats a month means your yes takes a seat somebody else wanted, so decide like it matters.

1. You are a practitioner, or you have done the work.Coach, clinician, counselor, therapist, nurse, trainer, chaplain, body worker. Or someone who has done serious work on their own story and feels this calling them.
2. You want mastery first.You would rather be exceptional at the craft than good at marketing it, and you are willing to practice in front of other people to get there.
3. You have the time.Two to four hours a week, and room in your life for the next six months.
4. You are friendly, and you like our vibe.
5. You can put up with a former meathead quoting philosophers.
