The Human Game
This Is Where
the Movement Lives.
A 12-week identity conditioning system. Not a course. Not a retreat. A structured container for the work that changes everything downstream — health, relationships, money, and meaning — from a single root.
The problem with most approaches
You haven't failed at change.
You've been working at the wrong level.
Most tools — therapy, habit systems, mindset work, even breathwork — operate downstream of the root. They treat the outputs of identity without touching identity itself.
Behavior-level change collapses under stress
New habits and routines are built on top of old identity structures. The moment pressure returns, the old structure reasserts. This isn't weakness — it's architecture.
Nervous system work calms the signal without changing what's broadcasting
Regulation is real. But the nervous system translates and performs — it doesn't compose. You can get better at weathering storms without ever changing the climate.
Insight without embodiment produces understanding, not change
Knowing why you do something and actually changing the pattern are two separate events. Rewrite alone — without rewiring the charge — leaves the pattern intact at a deeper layer.
The NLH thesis: Health, relationships, money, and meaning are not four separate problems. They are four expressions of a single identity structure. Change the structure and all four reorganize. The Human Game is built to change the structure.
"The point is not to perform better. It's to become free enough from conditioning to actually be useful — to matter, to help, to create something that couldn't exist without the specific fire you walked through."
What it actually is
A 12-week container for identity-level transformation.
The Human Game runs three core methodologies in sequence — Rewrite, Rewire, Retrain — inside a live community with daily curriculum, weekly group processing, and weekly guided nervous system work.
It's gamified — levels, points, challenges — because transformation requires consistent activation over time, not a single weekend event. The Game creates the structure that makes that possible.
Daily Curriculum & Community
Structured curriculum covering the SIGNAL model, MUD, the AFRAID hierarchy, and the 6 Powers — the frameworks of identity-level change.
Weekly Story Circles
Live group processing sessions where the subconscious patterns get named, witnessed, and worked — in community, not in isolation.
Weekly BRN Sessions
Guided processing using Jade's proprietary methods — DEEP, RISE, QAT, DELTA — targeting the emotional charge beneath the pattern, not just the pattern itself.
Gamified Progression
Points, levels, and structured challenges that build activation over time. The Game makes consistent engagement the path of least resistance.
The sequence
Order matters. Most approaches skip steps.
Rewrite without Rewire produces insight without embodiment. Rewire without Rewrite produces regulation without understanding. Retrain without both produces behavioral change that collapses under stress. The Game runs all three in sequence.
Rewrite
Edit the subconscious story — the Misguided Unconscious Decisions formed early in life that now run like shadow code across every domain. Not erasure. Integration. The MUD becomes meaning.
- Identify the core story driving the pattern
- Trace it across health, money, relationships, meaning
- Engage memory reconsolidation to update the encoding
Skipping this step means the map stays wrong even after the territory changes.
Rewire
Release the emotional charge — the rebar in the MUD that hardens it into rigid identity structure. This doesn't work on individual emotional storms. It shifts the climate that generates them.
- Navigate the AFRAID hierarchy to the root emotion
- Work through BRN sessions targeting the charge
- Shift the sustained emotional set point, not just reactivity
Without this step, insights stay conceptual. The nervous system has no new signal to follow.
Retrain
Encode the new identity structure through lived repetition — behavioral challenges, daily practices, and community reinforcement that build a new baseline. The nervous system follows the identity, not the plan.
- Structured challenges calibrated to your current level
- Progressive behavioral activation across the four domains
- Community accountability that makes new patterns stick
This is where the change becomes a body you live in, not a concept you understand.
Who it's for
The Game is for people who sense there's a layer beneath the symptoms.
Not people looking for a shortcut. People who are ready to stop managing the outputs and address the structure generating them.
- You've done the work — therapy, coaching, habit systems — and find yourself cycling back to the same patterns
- You suspect the patterns in your health, your relationships, and your finances aren't separate problems
- You want to understand the mechanism, not just follow instructions
- You're willing to be activated — to move toward discomfort with structure and support
- You're a practitioner, coach, or clinician who wants to take clients deeper than behavior change
- You felt something reading the manifesto and you want to know what to do with it
- You're looking for a done-for-you content library to consume at your own pace indefinitely
- You need crisis support or acute mental health treatment — this is identity work, not therapy
- You want performance optimization, not identity transformation
- You're not willing to participate — Story Circles and BRN sessions require presence, not passive consumption
If you want personalized 1-on-1 guidance before or instead of the Game, see Human Coaching.
Results
The pattern changes. Then everything downstream changes.
These are not transformation stories about a single domain. They're what happens when the root shifts.
"I'd been managing a chronic illness for eleven years — every specialist, every protocol, every diet. What I hadn't done was look at what the illness was protecting me from. Three weeks into the Game, I made a connection I'd never made. My symptoms began to shift within the month. I don't say this lightly. I say it because it happened."
"I joined the Game fourteen months after losing my son. I wasn't looking for healing — I didn't think that was possible. I was looking for something real to hold onto. What I found was a framework that made sense of what I was carrying and a community that could hold it with me. The grief didn't disappear. But I stopped being defined by it."
"I had built a successful business and was completely hollowed out by it. I'd read all the burnout books. I knew the problem intellectually. What I couldn't see was that the burnout was the identity talking — not a work problem. The Game gave me the first real map I'd ever had. I'm not optimizing anymore. I'm actually building something I want."
The architect
Dr. Jade Teta
Clinician, coach, counselor, educator. 35 years in the transformation field. The Human Game is the system he couldn't find anywhere else — built from what he went through, not from what he studied.
He built a multi-million dollar business and watched it collapse. His marriage ended. His health reflected the same misalignment he'd been helping patients with for two decades. What he discovered — clinically and personally — was that health, relationships, money, and purpose were all expressions of the same identity structure. That realization became Next Level Human.
The frameworks taught in the Game — SIGNAL, MUD, the AFRAID hierarchy, BRN sessions, memory reconsolidation — are not borrowed theory. They are the architecture of his own work, refined across 20 years of clinical practice and tested in his own life.

Questions
Common questions about the Human Game.
What exactly is the Human Game?
The Human Game is a 12-week identity conditioning system built on three core methods: Rewrite (editing subconscious stories at the identity level), Rewire (releasing the emotional charge that hardens those stories into rigid patterns), and Retrain (encoding new behavioral baselines through lived repetition). It runs inside a live community with daily curriculum, weekly group processing (Story Circles), and weekly guided BRN sessions. It is gamified — levels, points, challenges — to sustain engagement across the full 12 weeks.
It is not a course you watch. It is a structured container you participate in.
How is this different from therapy or standard coaching?
Therapy typically works at the symptom level — addressing emotional distress, behavioral problems, or relational difficulties as they present. Conventional coaching works at the behavior level — building habits, accountability, and action plans. Both have genuine value. Neither works primarily at the identity level.
The Human Game works at the subconscious identity structures that generate symptoms and behaviors in the first place. The SIGNAL model — Source → Identity → Gate → Neuro → Adrenal → Lymphatic — describes how consciousness becomes biology. The Game works at the top of that cascade. Change there reorganizes everything downstream. This is what distinguishes NLH from both coaching and therapy, and why clients often find that health, relationship, and financial patterns shift simultaneously.
The Human Game is not a replacement for therapy in cases of acute mental health need. It is a complement to — and for many people, a more direct route than — either therapy or coaching for identity-level change.
What are BRN sessions and what do they actually do?
BRN sessions are Dr. Jade Teta's proprietary processing methods, designed to target specific layers of the identity structure. DEEP (Depth-Enhanced Emotional Processing) is the most comprehensive — a guided reconsolidation container that works with emotional memory directly. RISE uses graduated behavioral challenges. QAT works at the consciousness level. DELTA targets deep parasympathetic restoration.
The mechanism is memory reconsolidation: when a memory is recalled, it briefly becomes labile — changeable — before it reconsolidates. During that window, new meaning can be paired with the old encoding. The memory reconsolidates around the new meaning, and the pattern updates. This is the neuroscience of lasting change. BRN sessions create the conditions for that process to occur safely and consistently.
What is MUD and how does it relate to the four life domains?
MUD stands for Misguided Unconscious Decisions — the subconscious stories, beliefs, and assumptions formed early in life that now run as invisible operating code. Misguided because they were formed before you had the context to evaluate them. Unconscious because they operate below deliberate awareness. Decisions because they were choices made under constraint, not fixed facts about you.
The same MUD producing a health ceiling also produces a money ceiling and a relationship cycle. They are not four separate problems — they are four expressions of a single identity structure. This is why the same insight can produce simultaneous shifts in domains that look unrelated. The Game maps your MUD across all four domains and addresses it at the root, not domain by domain.

How much time does the Game require each week?
The Game is designed for a 2–3 hour weekly commitment. Daily curriculum is delivered in short, digestible formats. Weekly Story Circles and BRN sessions each run approximately 60–90 minutes. The gamified structure makes participation the natural path — points and levels create consistent activation without requiring willpower to sustain it.
When does the next cohort start? Can I join between launches?
The Human Game launches in cohorts. Enrollment is sometimes available between launches, with the ability to integrate into the next live cohort upon its start. When you enroll, you'll receive confirmation of your cohort date and access to any pre-cohort onboarding available. If the current cohort is full, you'll be added to the waitlist and notified when the next one opens.
Is this right for coaches, therapists, and health practitioners?
Yes — and many practitioners find the Game to be personally and professionally transformative simultaneously. The frameworks give you a systematic architecture for understanding how identity-level change actually works, which is directly applicable to client work.
If you're looking to be formally trained and certified in the Human Architect Method — the full clinical training — see the Human Architect Certification. The Game is often a natural precursor or complement to certification.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual options?
Both options include identical access: full curriculum, weekly BRN sessions, weekly Story Circles, gamified progression, and full community. The monthly option is billed at $111/month with a 3-month minimum commitment ($333 total). The annual option is billed once at $1,111 — saving $221 versus monthly and extending your access for the full year, including participation in subsequent cohorts.
