ALREADY IN A PROGRAM
Where to sign in
There are two places to sign in, and which one is yours depends on what you bought. Newer programs, The Human Game, The Human Architect and The Build, live at Human University. Older metabolic courses still live at Next Level Human, the platform they were bought on. Use the same email you bought with. The workouts and exercise snacks have moved: they are free now on YouTube at Metabolic Human, no login needed.
