Almost every time somebody writes to say they got nothing, it is one of these three, and the first one is the culprit far more often than the other two put together.
- Look in spam and promotionsEverything we send comes from support@nextlevelhuman.com. Gmail in particular likes to file the first one under Promotions, where nobody ever looks.
- Add us to your contactsAdd that address to your contact list now, while you are thinking about it. It is the one thing that keeps every future email out of the wrong folder.
- Check the address you typedOne transposed letter and the email goes somewhere real that is not you. If you are not certain, just tell us and we will look it up.
