What you might be wondering.

Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded and the replay is posted afterward, so you won't miss anything if you can't make one live. That said, the live calls are where the coaching demonstrations and Q&A happen — so join in real time whenever you can.
How long do I have access to the material?
Indefinitely. The recordings and materials are yours to keep and revisit whenever you want.
Does this count toward the certification?
Yes. Your full $1,000 applies as a credit toward the Human Architect Certification if you enroll within one week of the final session. If you go on to certify, the intensive effectively becomes your first step in at no added cost.
Is this for new coaches or experienced ones?
Both. If you're new to identity coaching, you'll walk away with the foundational method and language. If you're already coaching, you'll gain a specific, teachable framework for working at the identity layer that most training never reaches.
Will I have to be coached on camera?
No. Hot-seat slots are limited and entirely voluntary. Most of the learning happens through witnessing — watching a pattern surface in someone else and recognizing it in yourself. You're never put in the chair unless you choose it.
What's involved in being a case study?
Hot-seat participants may be invited to have their session filmed and used as a teaching example, with a signed release. It's optional, and you control whether your session is used.
How is the intensive different from the certification?
The intensive teaches the core method and lets you experience it live. The certification is the complete professional training — the full toolkit, deeper practice, and the credential to coach this way professionally. The intensive is the doorway; the certification is the full path.
What's the time commitment?
Four live 90-minute sessions over two weeks — June 10, 17, 22, and 24, all at 5:00 PM ET — plus whatever time you choose to give the replays and practice.
