YOUR FIRST TASTE OF THE WORK
Don't just read about it. Feel it.
This is BEEP... Breath Enhanced Emotional Processing. Eleven guided minutes of breathwork that reach the layer where your patterns actually live, the layer that reading and willpower never touch. Jade guides every breath out loud... you just follow.
TWO BREATHS
That is all there is to it.
- The pushbreath one
Quick double inhale, belly then chest, loose exhale. Stirs things up. - The restbreath two
Long slow exhale, soft hum if you like. Settles you down. This one matters most... five or six pushes then resting the whole time is doing it perfectly.
Before you press play
- Lightheaded or tingly is normalnormal
Fast breathing can do that, and it passes. - Skip the pushing breath if this is yousafety
Pregnant, or high blood pressure, a heart condition, epilepsy or seizure history, glaucoma, or a history of psychosis. Do only the slow humming exhale the whole way through. That is safe, calming, and enough. - Lie down or sit. Never while driving.control
Feels like too much? Stop pushing, breathe slow, open your eyes. You're in control the entire time.

Questions people ask first
Why this works when other things didn't (1 min read)
The pattern running you didn't form in a calm moment. It formed in a moment you were not equipped for, under stress, with a charged feeling... fear, shame, hurt... fused to a story you made about yourself. The revved-up body plus the charged emotion is the glue. It set the story like concrete. So calming down isn't enough. You have to go back to the conditions it was made in. The pushing breath gently recreates that revved-up state and stirs the old feeling to the surface, just enough that the story becomes workable again. The resting breath settles your system so it can hold things differently. This is the beginning of a process we call Rewrite, Rewire, Retrain. Eleven minutes won't finish it. But this is where it starts, and people are often surprised by how much moves in one session.
If your mind pushes back ("this is silly, this won't work")
That resistance is your gatekeeper... the protective part of you that has spent years guarding this exact wound. When it shows up, it usually means you're getting close to something real. Don't fight it. Notice it, name it ("there's the gatekeeper"), keep breathing softly, and rest. Not everyone walks straight in. Even getting near the door counts. And there's more than one way in: a memory, a body sensation, a raw emotion, a past you, a pattern like the reaching for food or the scrolling. Any door is the right door.
OPTIONAL · 6 MINUTES
New to this kind of breathing? Let Jade teach it first.
So. What moved?
Whatever you felt... even something small, even just the resistance itself... that was you making contact with the thing underneath. Your own nervous system showing you the door is real, and that it opens.
And if it didn't open much this time, that's okay. The gatekeeper softens with repetition. The full work... finding the original story, rewriting it, loosening the feeling welded to it, making the new way hold under pressure... takes more than one session. That work is the Human Game.
This page is yours to come back to. It often goes deeper the second and third time, once the gatekeeper learns it's safe.
