- Get coached firstRequirement one, and it comes first on purpose. You feel the work in action before you learn to lead it. Your first session with an architect is booked from the portal.
- Come to the next Practitioner RoundsEvery other Wednesday, 3:30pm Eastern. A real case, worked live. Practice calls count toward your certification, and this is the fastest way to see the method whole.

Architect track
One portal with all the curriculum. One community for support. Every lesson, every module, every exam.
Human Game track
Four twelve-week phases, the six powers. You run the client experience yourself, and some of it counts toward the requirements.
All training sits in the Architect Portal. All support calls are optional and recorded. Finish faster if you are ready. Go as deep as you want.

Eight requirements
Complete all eight, in roughly this order, at your own pace.
- Get coached by NLH architectsThis comes first. Feel the work in action before you learn to lead it.
- Observe story and conversation circlesWatch real sessions with real clients, live or on replay.
- Observe compound coaching callsWatch compound sessions with real clients, live or on replay.
- Lead compound coaching trainingsPractice facilitating a compound session. This one must be live.
- Coach real clientsBeta clients. People you find, or people we help supply.
- Coach our architects for assessmentDemonstrate your skill to certified architects who evaluate you.
- Complete all portal lessonsEvery lesson in the Architect Portal, at your own pace.
- Pass all examsEvery module quiz, plus the final certification exam.
Two kinds of calls
One kind counts toward certification. The other is pure support and you never have to attend it.

The questions everyone asks in week one
What if life happens and I fall behind?
Everything is recorded and the pace is yours. Most people certify in six to twelve months, you have eighteen months of live call access, and you keep the education and the clinical rounds for life. If it takes longer than expected, we work with you.
Do I have to attend the support calls?
No. They are recorded and there whenever you need them. The practice calls are the ones that count, and there are nineteen across the year.
When do I start coaching real clients?
After you have been coached and have observed the circles and the compound calls. Beta clients can be people you find or people we help supply.
Who do I ask when I am stuck?
Text 520-504-0001, post in the community, or bring it to a Round. Nothing is a stupid question in week one.
