Essentials – Group Coaching

A shared coaching experience featuring cohort-based sessions where participants meet 2–4 times per month. While each person receives individualized support based on their own questions and challenges, the rest of the group listens and learns—what we call compound learning. Many clients find this format powerful for its sense of shared humanity and community.

Research shows group coaching can often outperform 1-on-1 coaching thanks to the layered insights that come from witnessing others' transformations. (research here)

Each participant typically receives 5–10 minutes of direct coaching during each call.

Cost: $1,500 for 3 months
Included:

• 2–4 group coaching calls monthly
• Weekly BRN Sessions (our signature transformation technologies like DEEP)
• Access to a private community with direct access to coaches and peers
• A self-paced curriculum teaching the Next Level Human philosophy

Core – Monthly 1-on-1 Coaching

A more personalized experience. Clients are paired with a dedicated coach for monthly private sessions, while still participating in the group coaching environment. This hybrid format provides structure, flexibility, and deeper accountability. Clients are also supported by a concierge coach who connects with you at the beginning and end of your container.

Cost: $3,000 (or $10,000 annually)

• 2 Concierge calls (start and end of container)
• 3 Private one-on-one coaching calls (1 monthly)
• 2–4 group coaching calls monthly
