Most mentorships and masterminds lock you in a room where you listen to people drone on and on about all the things they have done that you are trying to do.
I have personally attended hundreds of these type events and I have been a part of scores of masterminds. In the end, I found most of my fellow attendees made little real progress.
I noticed this trend very early in the process. As a result, I started taking notes and paying attention. I wanted to know why some people made real progress and others did not. I did my own informal surveys, I looked at the latest research in behavioral and cognitive science and I read countless books in self-development. The answer as to why so many people fail soon became very clear to me. I want to share what I found with you.
Don't get me wrong, those who attended these events learned a lot of things they did not previously know. They met a lot of cool people and benefitted from some of the networking opportunities. They were also inspired and were given plenty of motivation. However, when it came to real progress in relationships, money and health nothing really changed.
While I was noticing the lack of changes in others, I was making strides personally. In fact, I was making amazing progress and doing so during some of the most difficult times of my life. I did not understand why I was winning while so many others were failing. Then I began looking closely at those who were successful and comparing them to people who were not thriving. This started to crystalize the answer.
To explain what was happening, let me borrow from another area that is familiar to most of us, public schools. You have probably heard the debate of standardized testing for all children? You are also likely aware that schools rarely adjust their approach based on individual students. This is why you can have 100 kids go through the exact same schooling and yet only a small fraction emerge as standouts while the majority struggle.
The difference is similar in the world of masterminds and mentorships. It is all information driven. It is very one-size-fits-all. Finally, there are no structured, sequential, action steps. Most masterminds are run by people who have had some success on their own, but are not always sure themselves how they achieved what they achieved. Most masterminds simply say, "Hey, here is what I did. Take notes. Learn it. Go do the same thing and you too will be successful." Of course we know this is more often than not a failure.
Part of the reason is the approach. That is not how most people learn. The science of behavior and habit change tells us that there is a much better way. The Next Level Human Program leverages that science.
What's Different About Next Level Human?
Your brain is watching you and judging you all the time. The way you size others up, is exactly how you size yourself up. If your brain sees you sitting in a classroom listening to what others have done, it sees them as the successful person, NOT you. That is why many people never fully clear the success gap. They believe their mentor is successful because they have seen the mentors exploits in the real world. But, in order for the students to believe in themselves, they must see themselves in action.
That is what makes Next Level Human so unique and different. There is a little "glitch" in the brain that we can use to our advantage. The brain is looking for your successes, but just as important, it is looking for how you handle failures and fears. Overcoming one failure, or confronting one fear, teaches the brain it is capable even if those failures and fears are unrelated to the thing you are trying to achieve.
For example, lets say you are afraid of heights. You decide you are going to conquer that fear. As a result you start incrementally chipping away at it. First you climb small hills. Then you walk across tall bridges. Next thing you know you are climbing tall mountains. Finally, you bungee jump off of a cliff.
Guess what happens to your brain? It looks at you and says, "This is someone who goes after things. This is someone who wont let things stand in her/his way. This is someone who will approach fears and failures as if they are lessons, not obstacles."
Soon, your brain sees you as capable and brave. This then translates into taking more action in business. As a result you become more honest and real in your relationships. In time, you begin elevating in your career and leveling up in finance.
How Change Works?
Your brain needs to see you doing things. More importantly it needs to see you being successful in failure. And while almost any change or challenge can set this up-leveling process in motion, there is one critical element that ties it all together. That element is purpose. You have probably heard people say, "Find your why, your meaning or your purpose." It's absolutely true.
Finding your why and hitching to this process described above is the secret sauce of success. It is the thing that is missing from most people's process. They have the passion, and that's important, but passion alone is not enough. Passions can provide a push, but it's purpose that gives you direction. When you learn to see fears and failures as lessons, not obstacles, you add a solid anchor in place as well.
The Next Level Human Mentorship uses an action oriented process that borrows from cognitive behavioral science. The process leverages this proven success model. In this education you will chase what we call Fear PRs. A “PR” stands for a Personal Record.
It is a concept borrowed from the world of strength and conditioning. When weight lifters successfully lift a new, heavier weight, they achieve a new PR. With each PR, their brains reach a new set point of competence and confidence that propels them toward their next PR. In this way, they slowly and continually make progress.
Now imagine, instead of actually lifting the weights, you sat around listening to successful weight lifters tell you how they did it. Or explained how you should do it. That would be interesting, but if they never forced you to lift the weight yourself, you would get absolutely nowhere.
The Next Level Human mentorship uses the 6-POWERS curriculum. This is a coaching model I developed over the last 15 years as I worked with some of the highest achieving athletes, CEOs, entrepreneurs and dreamers on achieving next levels in business, finance, health, fitness and relationships.
I also worked on my own journey, going from my lower, middle-class, dumb-jock story to a new reality of doctor, entrepreneur and author. I used this model in building and selling a million dollar business, as well as creating multiple best-selling books, workout videos and health programs.
I also utilized the same principles to recover from my own base-level human tendencies. During all of this, I had to overcome my own self-inflicted wounds of an affair, a divorce, betrayal and heartbreak. Not only did these things not destroy me, but I discovered these hardships could actually be a catalyst to make me stronger and more resilient.
It may seem hard to believe, but during the most difficult times of my life, I was able to harness the pain to elevate myself to levels I could not have achieved without the hardships.
Think about that for a second. Imagine all your wounds, hurts, fears and failures actually being used to bring you closer to the things you wanted? That is part of what this mentorship program is about and what I will help you learn.

Let’s face it, not everyone does well with self study. Some of us need a level of accountability and a real person on the other end to help us make sense of where we are, and where we are trying to go. We also require new areas of expertise, new challenges and a community of like minded individuals in which to grow and connect. Here is what you get:
In addition to all of the above, you get direct access and coaching from Jade. This level gets you direct Q&A access to Jade as well as personal attention, direction and guidance. Here is what you get:
