Human Architect Certification Program Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Next Level Human, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), and the undersigned participant (“Participant”). By enrolling in and/or purchasing the Human Architect Certification Program (“Program”), Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description

The Program is an educational and professional training offering with multiple tiers:

  • Experiential Education Tier: Includes educational modules in transpersonal psychology, neuroscience of identity and story, quantum metabolism, advanced relationship psychology, and money mindsets; self-paced modules; and access to selected experiential components.

  • Professional Certification Tier: Includes all Experiential Education Tier components plus proprietary coaching methodologies (DEEP, BEEP, QAT, QEC, LIT, BRN Sessions), participation in the Next Level Human Game, group coaching, personal development curriculum, live intensives (streamed or in person), practicums, support calls, and testing/certification requirements.

  • Business Mastermind Tier: Includes all Professional Certification Tier components plus biweekly business development and practice management calls, internet business and scaling education, licensing and affiliate opportunities, and access to the Company’s mentors and industry partners.

2. Delivery of Services

  • Self-paced modules are delivered online through the Company’s learning platform.

  • Live calls occur between 3–6 PM EST and are recorded for replay.

  • Support calls are offered biweekly for Professional and Mastermind tiers.

  • Live events (retreats/intensives) are included in applicable tiers and may be attended virtually or in person.

  • Participant is solely responsible for travel, lodging, and meals for any in-person events.

3. Term of Program

Access to the Program begins upon enrollment and continues for the duration of the purchased certification tier (generally 12 months, unless otherwise stated).

If Participant does not successfully complete certification requirements within that timeframe, they may remain enrolled and continue working toward certification for the life of the Program, in the form it exists, at no additional tuition cost.

This guarantee covers continued access to:

  • Educational modules,

  • Assessments, and

  • Re-testing until certification is achieved.

It does not guarantee ongoing access to live calls, coaching, events, or support beyond the original program term.

Upon successful certification, Participant will retain access to their course library and materials for the life of the Program, in the form they exist. However, ongoing participation in live calls, events, and the community mastermind requires an active annual mastermind membership at the then-current rate.

The Company does not guarantee the same level of support, delivery format, or ancillary services (e.g., live calls, coaching, events) in future versions.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Experiential Education Tier: $10,000 upfront; or $1,000 monthly for 12 months; or 3-pay option of $3,666.66 at purchase, 3 months, and 6 months.

  • Professional Certification Tier: $15,000 upfront; or $1,416.66 monthly for 12 months; or 3-pay option of $5,333.33 at purchase, 3 months, and 6 months.

  • Business Mastermind Tier: $15,000 upfront; or $1,400 monthly for 12 months ($17,000 total); or 3-pay option of $6,000 at purchase, $5,000 at 3 months, and $5,000 at 6 months.

All payments are non-refundable. Participant agrees not to dispute, reverse, or withhold payments, or submit claims to credit card providers, banks, or payment processors.

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Program access until account is current. The Company reserves the right to charge late payment penalties consistent with industry standards.

5. No Refund Policy & Guarantee

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds for any reason.

Guarantee: Participant will remain enrolled until certification is successfully achieved, for the life of the Program as it exists, without additional tuition fees. Retakes of assessments and certification testing are included.

6. Participant Expectations

  • Participation in practicums, assessments, and certification requirements is mandatory for Professional and Mastermind tiers.

  • Attendance at live calls and events is voluntary but strongly encouraged.

  • Participant affirms they have had all questions answered, are of sound mind, and have had the opportunity to consult legal or financial advisors before enrolling.

7. Code of Conduct

Participant agrees to conduct themselves respectfully in all Program settings. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants will result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including proprietary methods (e.g., DEEP, BEEP, QAT, QEC, LIT, BRN Sessions), is the intellectual property of the Company. Participant receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal and professional use as explicitly taught. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement

Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality of all group discussions and peer information.

Participant further agrees not to disparage, defame, or otherwise make negative statements about the Program, Company, or its representatives publicly or privately, including but not limited to social media, podcasts, blogs, or third-party platforms.

10. Non-Transferability

Enrollment is non-transferable. Program participation may not be assigned or transferred to another individual or cohort.

11. Disclaimers

The Program is educational and professional training in nature. It does not replace medical care, psychological therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. Participant remains solely responsible for their own decisions and outcomes, and for complying with any professional licensing requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Participant and Company and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.

By checking the box at checkout, Participant affirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement. This electronic acceptance is legally binding.
