## Who

Dr. Jade Teta is a clinician, educator and author, and the founder of Next Level
Human. He holds a doctorate in natural medicine and is a naturopathic doctor
licensed in California and Washington, with a background in biochemistry and more
than twenty years in integrative practice. He is the author of nine books and the
originator of the MUD and SIGNAL models of identity-level change.

Next Level Human is an education and coaching company. It is not a clinical
practice, it does not diagnose or treat, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

## The two models

MUD, Misguided Unconscious Decisions, describes the subconscious rules that keep
recreating a pattern. A decision gets made under pressure, an emotion welds itself
to it, and it sets hard enough to read as the truth.

SIGNAL, Source Identity Gate Neuro Adrenal Lymphatic, describes how consciousness
cascades into biology, from Source down to the cell.

## The method

Rewrite, then Rewire, then Retrain. Order matters. Rewrite without Rewire produces
insight without embodiment. Rewire without Rewrite produces calm while the pattern
regenerates underneath. Retrain without both produces change that collapses under
stress.
